If adjustments are needed to properly prepare your supplied artwork for printing, we'll provide a digital proof for approval before production.
Production begins after all required artwork and approvals have been received.
Processing & Shipping
Production Time: 1–3 business days
Every tile is personally printed, inspected, and carefully packaged by our family before shipping.
Orders ship promptly after production is complete.
Returns
Because every item is personalized specifically for your order, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted.
